Hotel Accomodations

All guests will be staying at the Ritz Carlton. We will cover the costs of your airline travel and two nights of hotel accommodations (April 30th and May 1st) for this convening. (Please note: the cut-off date to confirm hotel reservations is March 25th).

The Ritz Carlton has limited availability on the shoulder dates pre and post our convening. If you need to extend your stay, please indicate the dates on your registration form and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
